Vivek Nadiminti

With more than 13 years of experience in cross-functional strategy formulation and execution, Mr. Nadiminti has driven value creation by delivering operational and organizational performance improvement for a range of clients. Notably, he realized over $1.7 billion in combined revenue growth and cost reduction for Fortune 500 retail and consumer packaged goods companies. He has seen consistent success in crafting strategies at pace and with rigor; bringing clarity and structure to ambiguity; using advanced data, analytics, and AI to unlock business value; and telling compelling stories to drive alignment with C-suite.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Nadiminti served as a Director in Strategy and Innovation for Walmart, where he led the development and execution of tech-enabled road maps, resulting in enhanced customer experience and reduced costs across supply chain and store operations. He crafted and led strategic initiatives and tied them to business goals, partnering closely with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
Prior to Walmart, Mr. Nadiminti spent a decade with Accenture Strategy & Consulting, where he partnered with clients on large-scale transformations to drive enterprise value and key business outcomes. He led teams to tackle a diverse set of problems, including growth strategy, operating model and organization design, and data and analytics strategy.
Mr. Nadiminti earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Bangalore, an MBA in international business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
