With more than 14 years of experience in financial advisory, Mr. Srinivasan has advised domestic and multinational clients on transactions across consumer, industrial, and financial services sectors.

Some of Mr. Srinivasan’s notable transactions at A&M include advising the Generali Group on acquiring majority in its insurance joint ventures in India, Marico Limited’s strategic investment in True Elements, and advising GMM Pfaudler on its acquisition of Pfaudler’s international business. His previous advisory transactions involved Orchid Pharma, Quest Diagnostics, and Go Fashion.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Srinivasan worked with Spark Capital Advisors (India) in its investment banking team and with ICICI Bank in its project finance team. Before that, he worked as a network planning engineer at ElectraNet, a private Australian utility, where he consulted extensively with power and wind energy generators.

Mr. Srinivasan earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Adelaide and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a member of the CFA Society India (previously the Indian Association of Investment Professionals).
