Vinícius Daher

Mr. Daher brings more than 14 years of experience in project management. His primary areas of concentration are oil and gas infrastructure, mining and the paper and pulp industry. Mr. Daher has a deep knowledge of dispute management, contract management, compliance, procurement, planning, finance, costs, risks and claims management.
Most recently at A&M, Mr. Daher has worked on construction litigation involving disputes, arbitration, mediation and claims analysis. He has participated in international disputes and has analyzed hundreds of complex claims collectively worth more than $10 billion.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Daher spent seven years with Deloitte’s Financial Advisory team serving most recently as Senior Manager. In his last engagement there, he led a PMO implementation of a refinery construction project with investments exceeding $5+ billion.
Previously, Mr. Daher led projects related to control and monitoring of greenfield and brownfield projects, advising clients on risk management, process structuring, contract management, scheduling, costs, procurement and disputes in projects with total investments of more than $40 billion.
Mr. Daher earned a bachelor’s degree in control and automation engineering from Mauá Engineering School and a postgraduate degree in project management from Mauá Institute of Technology. He holds professional certifications from PMI as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional and Scheduling Professional, PMI-SP, OGC– PRINCE2 Practitioner, DRBF, Dispute Resolution Board, DRB and CP3P (Certified PPP Professional).
