Vincent Juron is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Performance Improvement in Charlotte, where he is a member of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Solutions practice. He specializes in accounting advisory and capital markets advisory services.

Mr. Juron has served clients across various industries on a diverse range of accounting and reporting matters. He routinely assists clients with post-transaction accounting, which includes preparation of closing statements, purchase accounting, U.S. GAAP accounting policy standup, and audit readiness. He has also led numerous projects to help companies prepare for an initial public offering or special purpose acquisition company transaction, including converting financial statements to a U.S. GAAP basis, drafting public company-ready financial statements, and drafting registration statements. 

His accounting advisory expertise includes U.S. GAAP and IFRS, SEC financial reporting regulations, revenue recognition, purchase accounting, and lease accounting.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Juron was with EY, where he spent time in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services and Assurance practices. 

Mr. Juron earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Miami University in Ohio and is a Certified Public Accountant in Ohio and North Carolina.
