With over 17 years of experience in public accounting, Ms. Chandrashaker has served clients across multiple industries, including retail, mobility and technology. She brings expertise in business and operational license compliance, and serves clients in both the M&A space and recurring license renewals.

Ms. Chandrashaker leads teams across the U.S. and brings experience deploying teams offshore. On a recent engagement, she played a vital role in maintaining contact with over 2000 jurisdictions to ensure no business disruptions as she worked with an apparel and home retailer to ensure an accurate license footprint post transaction. Ms. Chandrashaker works with teams to onboard the recurring renewal compliance of various clients and manages large volumes of licenses daily. She has implemented various process improvement initiatives on her engagements and played an important role in executing practice-wide process efficiencies. She brings a deep understanding of the technology required for licensing advisory service, which helps provide quality service to clients.

Additionally, Ms. Chandrashaker has subject-matter expertise in business personal property tax compliance. She has assisted various clients with filing renditions, appealing assessments, responding to notices and processing tax payments. 

Furthermore, Ms. Chandrashaker has developed a broad-based skill set during her tenure in public accounting. Her prior experience includes state and local income tax compliance for individuals; federal compliance for C-corporations; leading operations for several indirect tax practices; and leading multiple large projects for the indirect tax practice.

Ms. Chandrashaker earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting (concentration in marketing and statistics) from Bangalore University, India. She is a PMP and a member of the PMI, San Francisco chapter.
