Victoria Price is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax LLC in London, and leads the U.K.’s Private Capital team. She brings more than 20 years of experience working with high-net-worth individuals and privately owned companies, supporting them on a broad range of personal and corporate tax matters.

Ms. Price’s notable assignments include structuring the leveraged acquisition of a multi-billion U.K. retailer; working for management on the private equity investment in a large independent childcare provider; and structuring the family wealth of a fast-growth tech entrepreneur. 

Ms. Price has worked with clients across a range of industries, including retail, consumer products and tech. She has worked on multiple private equity transactions; supported families and entrepreneurs to structure their wealth; and helped clients to create value in a tax efficient way.

Additionally, Ms. Price has delivered multidiscipline projects to a global convenience retailer, covering internal audit and controls work, ESG workstreams, tax structuring and sales optimization work; led on the delivery of customer experience mapping and cybersecurity workstreams; and led and delivered multiservice projects for an apparel retailer, including financial diligence, HR advisory, financial accounting advisory and governance work.

Prior to joining A&M to lead the Private Capital market segment in the U.K., Ms. Price was a strategic business leader with 20 years of experience at Ernst & Young LLP. She has a proven track record of building and growing businesses within the U.K. and across EMEIA, both organically and through acquisition. Ms. Price is an excellent communicator with an extremely strong network across U.K. businesses and UHNW individuals. She is adept at building quality teams and bringing them to bear in both client situations and to deliver transformation internally.

Ms. Price is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and a Chartered Tax Advisor.
