Vicky Davies

Ms. Davies’ notable assignments include tax structuring and advisory support for: a fast-growing telecoms business, which included advice on the deductibility of transaction costs and a reorganization to prepare the business for sale; the integration of a $1 billion acquisition into an existing software business across 11 territories to realize cost savings; and a U.K.-headquartered digital payments business to list on the New York Stock Exchange.
Ms. Davies has worked with clients across various industries, including technology, media and entertainment, telecoms, and business services (e.g., commodity pricing).
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Davies spent 10 years with PwC in London, where she most recently served as a Director working with PE-backed companies.
Ms. Davies worked in economic consultancy before moving into tax, which has given her wider experience and a different perspective.
Ms. Davies earned a bachelor’s degree in monetary economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She completed her Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) and Chartered Institute of Taxation (CTA) qualifications under her own steam as part of her career change.
