Her areas of expertise include program management, customer relationship management, business process re-engineering, organizational transformation, and custom and packaged application design and implementation.
With more than 17 years of experience, Ms. Sennett has spent most of her career working with large communications companies to manage complex order entry and billing projects involving extensive business process re-engineering efforts. As a senior director with Cingular Wireless / AT&T Wireless, she led complex business and technical order entry and billing initiatives, which required significant business process re-engineering. Over a period of 16 months, she successfully managed and implemented a national business-to-business order entry and billing system, which consisted of approximately 459 business requirements, 259 interfaces and 53 applications.
At Cingular, she led a customer validation integration effort, which resulted in successfully merging data for more than 38 million subscribers in less than six months, and included fraud, payment and credit history. In this role, she managed risk, change, vendors and the overall project schedule.
As a director at AT&T Wireless, Ms. Sennett served as program manager for the largest customer relationship management implementation, which involved business process re-engineering, process improvement recommendations and systems integration. Ms. Sennett was also recognized as part of a team that led the IT organizational transformation effort to reduce IT headcount by 66 percent, develop off-shoring applications, and reduce overall IT cost by $130 million.
Additionally, Ms. Sennett spent more than one year as a direct report to the president of the company's international organization, and was responsible for the overall deployment of wireless service to the Caribbean Islands, including Barbados, Dominica, the Cayman Islands and Grenada. In this role, she managed all aspects of the implementation for the Caribbean such as business affairs / regulatory, sales, cell site acquisition, network build, IT systems deployment, retail store build-out and marketing / merchandising.
Ms. Sennett currently serves as interim CIO for Movie Gallery, Inc., where she is responsible for leading day-to-day IT operations for the Hollywood Video, Movie Gallery and Game Crazy retail chains in Portland, OR, and Dothan, AL. In this role, she is responsible for managing the IT budget, resource management, including hiring / terminations, change management, SOX / PCI compliance, application development and IT Infrastructure.
Prior to joining A&M, she was a senior director of Information Technology with Cingular Wireless / AT&T and a Senior Communications Specialist with Electronic Data Systems (EDS).
Ms. Sennett earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Albright College and a master's degree in business administration from Hofstra University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
