With over 14 years of compound Direct and Indirect strategic sourcing and procurement process improvement experience, she has driven performance improvement and cost reduction initiatives for clients across various industries, including: automotive, heavy industrial, consumer goods, airline and retail. Mrs. Asbury brings this process experience to pre-acquisition operational due diligence, performance improvement / cost reduction, and post-merger integration and carve-out separation initiatives.
Prior to joining A&M, Mrs. Asbury drove performance improvement within Accenture’s Supply Chain practice where she led process improvement, strategic sourcing, organizational design and procurement transformation initiatives. Prior to Accenture, Mrs. Asbury led procurement initiatives at Ford Motor Company as certified a Six Sigma Green Belt, developing and implementing global sourcing strategies.
Mrs. Asbury earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University.
