With more than 13 years of transaction-related experience, Mr. Shimozono has extensive experience in financial due diligence, including sell-side due diligence support, as well as in accounting advisory, financial modeling support, share purchase agreement advisory, and post-merger integration.

Mr. Shimozono has conducted financial due diligence and deal advisory engagements across industries, including automotive, chemicals, construction and engineering, consumer products, energy and resources, healthcare, industrials, IT and technology, logistics, real estate, and transportation. He has also led numerous cross‑border transactions.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Shimozono was in the Deal Advisory practice at KPMG FAS in Tokyo. He began his career in the audit division at PwC Japan.

Mr. Shimozono earned a bachelor’s degree in law from Keio University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Japan.
