Todd Stitt

With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mr. Stitt assists clients with risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance initiatives in addition to financial management, financial modeling, and strategic planning. He provides financial modeling support and analysis for balance sheet forecast, mergers and acquisitions, operations wind-down, evaluation of alternative investor bids, and operational risk reviews.
Mr. Stitt also provides advisory support to assurance reviews, performs loan portfolio due diligence, and advises on governance and oversight remediation activities, including processes related to finance and treasury management.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Stitt was a Treasury Finance Senior Manager in the Corporate Treasury group at Wells Fargo. He led the Corporate Asset Liability Management (ALM) team responsible for the bank’s recovery and resolution plan balance sheet and net interest income forecast. Mr. Stitt supported stress test forecast activities, capital and liquidity risk management initiatives, and guided the framework design for new forecasting capabilities. Previously, he managed the base balance sheet and net interest income forecast consolidation, partnered on quarterly earnings materials, and contributed to regulatory reporting.
Prior to that, Mr. Stitt held leadership roles at Ally and Wells Fargo, with emphasis on corporate treasury, asset valuation, mortgage finance, and capital markets. He directed and led a team of structured finance professionals that developed market-based portfolio valuations across multiple asset classes. Mr. Stitt provided financial modeling and execution support to the bank’s securitization program, developed valuations and cash flow analysis to inform treasury’s investment decisions, and derived analysis to support accounting estimates for strategic initiatives.
Mr. Stitt earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting information systems and management science from Virginia Tech. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Virginia and North Carolina.
