With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Carlsen has led more than 15 large-scale, end-to-end transformations across both revenue and cost in private, public and government settings. He has worked extensively across industries, with a major focus in healthcare, energy and resources, retail and travel.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Carlsen spent 20 years between McKinsey and BCG, serving as an Equity Partner for the last decade. He founded and led the McKinsey practice in Brisbane.

Mr. Carlsen earned a master’s degree in finance from Aarhus School of Business, Denmark and DePaul University in Chicago.
