With more than seven years of experience, Mr. de la Taille works with private equity groups, investing in mid and small cap transactions, as well as serving corporate clients, with a focus on France and Europe. He brings extensive experience with vendor, acquisition and lender due diligence assignments and has worked on 70+ successful transactions with enterprise values ranging from €5 million to €500+ million. 

Mr. de la Taille has worked across a range of industries, including technology, healthcare, business services and manufacturing.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. de la Taille was in the Transaction Services department of a Big Four firm in Paris.

Mr. de la Taille earned a master’s degree in finance from EM Lyon Business School and a master’s degree from the Catholic University of Lyon. He is in fluent French and English.
