Mr. Matsuda has led numerous buy-side and sell-side engagements across a wide range of industries, including industrial products, retail, logistics, technology, business services, and healthcare. His deal advisory expertise includes financial due diligence, carve-out financial statement preparation, accounting advice, financial modelling support, and share purchase agreement/transitional service agreement advisory. 

Prior to joining A&M, he was a Partner in Deloitte’s private equity transaction services team, where he provided deal advisory services. Earlier in his career, he worked at PwC, providing comprehensive deal advisory services to private equity firms, trading houses, and both domestic and international corporations on inbound and outbound transactions. In addition, he gained cross-border deal experience between Japan and China during a two-year secondment with PwC China.

Mr. Matsuda earned a bachelor’s degree in science and technology at Keio University, Tokyo. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Japan).
