Teal Reamer is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in Houston. With more than 15 years of experience, Ms. Reamer is knowledgeable in multiple industries, with specific expertise across the energy value chain. She has led complex engagements with Fortune 50 oil and gas companies, leading independent E&Ps, Fortune 100 EPC companies and groundbreaking organizations in the alternative energy technology space. 

Ms. Reamer specializes in working across complex organizations to align leadership teams and deliver results by quickly identifying key business drivers, organizational culture and strategic imperatives.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Reamer spent 10 years at BTS USA, most recently as a Senior Vice President, Partner and Head of BTS Central. While at BTS, she worked predominantly with clients in the energy, manufacturing, retail and non-profit industries. She also spent two years at BCG as a Client Development Manager with the Energy practice.

Ms. Reamer earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Middlebury College in Vermont, and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business in New York.
