She brings deep expertise in handling complex disputes and investigations across a diverse range of industries, including construction, consumer goods, defense, energy, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, mining, and technology.
With over 15 years of experience in litigation support, Ms. Schurz is adept at managing identification and preservation, data analytics, and high-stakes cross-border disputes and investigations. Her global experience spans multiple jurisdictions, including the U.K., Poland, Germany, Italy, France, China, Japan, and South America. Ms. Schurz’s extensive expertise, strategic leadership, and commitment to innovation continue to drive exceptional results in the field of eDiscovery, investigations, and litigation support.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Schurz served as Managing Director at Consilio, where she led the Central North team in delivering eDiscovery services. She was also an active member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board. Ms. Schurz previously held other leadership roles, including Managing Director at Ankura and Vice President at KLDiscovery, further solidifying her expertise in the field.
Ms. Schurz earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southeast Missouri State University and a master’s degree in organizational and professional communication development from Ball State University. She is highly credentialed, holding certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT ISACA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Relativity Certified Review Specialist, Relativity Certified Sales Professional (RCSP), and Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA).
