Mr. Namboodiri has more than 10 years of transaction services experience. He has delivered projects across the U.K., continental Europe, India, and the U.S. on domestic and cross-border transactions. Mr. Namboodiri has worked across a range of industries, including industrial manufacturing and distribution, industrial services, business services, education, healthcare and life sciences, and software services.

Mr. Namboodiri’s notable recent transactions include M Group Services’ acquisition of BGEN Limited; Platinum Equity’s acquisition of Sunrise Medical; H.I.G. Capital’s acquisition of Axis Europe; H.I.G. Capital’s acquisitions of Aspire Pharma, Morningside Healthcare, and Morningside Pharmaceuticals; AS Equity Partners’ acquisition of Swiss Post Solutions, GHO Capital’s acquisitions of Roslin CT and Lykan Bioscience, and EQT’s acquisition of RIMES.

Prior to joining A&M’s London office five years ago, Mr. Namboodiri spent five years with A&M’s Transaction Advisory Group in India, where he most recently served as Vice President. In this role, he was primarily focused on providing buy-side financial and commercial due diligence to private equity clients. Mr. Namboodiri started his professional career providing assurance services at EY in India, where he spent more than four years.

Mr. Namboodiri earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai, India. Mr. Namboodiri is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
