Steven Yaffe

Adept at designing and implementing successful growth strategies, Mr. Yaffe excels in identifying new opportunities, introducing strategic client-centric solutions and capturing new markets to enhance customer profits. He brings over 15 years of experience in the life sciences field, focusing on the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries.
Mr. Yaffe specializes in cross-functional leadership roles at companies, including Searle, Pfizer, Genzyme and Zimmer. He has served mid-sized to Fortune 500 companies in retail, insurance, energy, manufacturing, life sciences, healthcare, automotive, public sector, technology and financial services.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Yaffe served as the Chief Revenue Officer at g2o, a digital experience and technology consulting company, where he created new revenue growth paths across healthcare, financial services, retail and the public sector, doubling the sales pipeline in less than 12 months. He was also a founding member and served as Vice President of Sales at Pillar Technology. Under his leadership, he grew annual sales from $5 million to $55+ million, and the tech consulting firm was included in Columbus Business First’s Fast 50 list of fastest-growing companies. When Accenture acquired Pillar Technology, Mr. Yaffe continued as an executive leader in the business, playing an instrumental role in launching Industry X.O, which leveraged emerging technologies to make products and services smarter across North America.
Mr. Yaffe earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business management from Franklin University. A recognized leader in the community, he is a two-time winner of the Comspark Technology Award and was named the Columbus Tech Power Players Community Impact Person of the Year for his volunteer work.
