With more than 10 years of consulting experience, Mr. Crumpley helps clients drive tangible results during the M&A transaction lifecycle. He has also delivered multiple back-office and finance transformations for clients and brings deep expertise in process improvement and enterprise-wide program management.

Recently, Mr. Crumpley led the integration management offices for acquisitions across the automotive, energy, industrial, aviation and distribution industries.

Additionally, Mr. Crumpley brings operational due diligence experience, on both the buy- and sell-side, of various transaction types.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Crumpley worked with KPMG’s Washington National Tax group in Washington, D.C., as well as the firm’s State and Local Tax group in Houston.

Mr. Crumpley earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed CPA in Texas.
