He oversees the day to day operations of A&M’s restructuring practice in the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Wallace’s responsibilities include general practice management and risk management, as well as oversight of its finance, client relationship management and HR functions.
Prior to 2008, Mr. Wallace was CAO for A&M's corporate organization, a position to which he was appointed when he joined A&M in 2003. At various times during his tenure with the corporate group, Mr. Wallace was responsible for global oversight of A&M's legal, human resources, corporate real estate, information technology and insurance departments.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Wallace spent 10 years in private nonprofit education, where he served in several administrative positions and was responsible for heading both residential and academic life at boarding schools in New England.
Mr. Wallace earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry and history from Williams College and completed a number of post-graduate classes at Dartmouth College.
