Ms. Tecka’s focus areas are achieving operational excellence, driving strategic transformation to achieve business results, and developing new market entry and expansion initiatives. Her extensive international background includes long-term postings in Dubai and New York. 

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Tecka worked with IBM, serving most recently as COO and Vice President of Enterprise Operations for EMEA. 

Ms. Tecka earned a master’s degree in international business relations. An Austrian national, she is fluent in German and English.
