Stefan Colovic
Mr. Colovic has extensive experience advising investors and providing financial and operating transaction support for deal sizes ranging from the lower middle market to large-cap transactions of $30+ billion. These transactions have included both domestic and cross-border deals across six continents, carve-outs, and public company deals.
Mr. Colovic has worked with numerous software, technology, and services-focused investors. In addition to core due diligence analyses, such as EBITDA and networking capital, he regularly advises clients across a broad set of investment topics, including annual recurring revenue retention, service line profitability, and run-rate profit-and-loss statement forecasts. He has advised across all phrases of transactions, from initial evaluation to purchase agreement support and purchase price negotiations.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Colovic spent more than five years with KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice in San Francisco, where he most recently served as a Director.
Mr. Colovic earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of California.
