Sooho Choi

With over 27 years of consulting, advisory and technology experience, Mr. Choi brings broad functional and industry experience, with an emphasis on strategy, growth, customer experience, M&A and commercial and operational optimization.
Mr. Choi’s notable engagements include the expansion of a leading hospitality company into the luxury home-share market; leading a modernization and digital transformation program at one of the largest quick serve restaurant chains in the world; delivering a $5+ billion a year e-commerce platform at a major travel company; and being responsible for a comprehensive growth transformation program at one of the largest heavy equipment dealers in the world with targeted multi-year growth opportunities of $5 billion.
Additionally, Mr. Choi led the development of multi-brand digital channels at a leading global cruise line; identified sales efficiency opportunities of over 30% through operating model changes, process efficiencies and organizational changes at a global hospitality company; led a finance standardization and off-shoring program, achieving ~$10 million of annualized savings at a global airline; and helped achieve $50 million in annual IT run-rate savings at a major hotel chain through outsourced execution services.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Choi was Executive Vice President at Publicis Sapient, where he was the global lead for the dining and travel sectors, responsible for digital transformation programs at industry majors. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Accenture, where he held senior management consulting roles and served in geographic leadership in Southeast Asia.
Mr. Choi earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.
