Ms. Pruthi specializes in supporting performance improvement programs, scaling and commercializing tech-based performance improvement solutions, and setting up specialized centers of excellence. Her primary area of expertise is EBITDA improvement, including procurement, working capital, SG&A, Project Management Office, and change management.

With over 17 years of consulting and practice-building experience, Ms. Pruthi has supported numerous large-scale EBITDA transformations—from diligence to design and delivery—for rapid, accelerated savings. Her experience spans multiple industries, including consumer products, advanced manufacturing, technology, and IT and IT-enabled services.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Pruthi spent 16 years with Bain and Company, where she most recently served as Vice President of the Performance Improvement practice. She was responsible for growing the practice; building and scaling several of the performance improvement products and solutions; and working closely with the performance improvement centers of excellence in supporting client delivery.

Ms. Pruthi earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from the Delhi Technological University (formerly the Delhi College of Engineering) and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
