Ms. Pruthi specializes in supporting performance improvement programs, scaling and commercializing PI solutions and setting up specialized centers of excellence. Her primary area of expertise is EBITDA improvement, including procurement, working capital, SG&A and change management.

With more than 16 years of consulting and practice building experience, Ms. Pruthi has supported numerous large-scale EBITDA transformations, from diligence to design and delivery, of rapid, accelerated savings. Her experience spans multiple industries, including consumer products, advanced manufacturing, technology, IT and IT-enabled services.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Pruthi spent 16 years with Bain and Company, where she most recently served as Vice President of the Performance Improvement Practice. She was responsible for growing the practice; building and scaling several of the PI products and solutions; and working closely with the PI COEs in supporting client delivery.

Ms. Pruthi earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
