With more than 20 years of consulting and operating experience, Mr. Chinoy has served international clients across transportation and logistics, industrial automation, commercial real estate, defense and aerospace, technology, and financial services sectors. He has led an enterprise-wide managerial costing strategy for a $70+ billion logistics network, including restructuring the air-to-air distribution network and identifying $300+ million in annualized savings.
Mr. Chinoy also led the fleet integration strategy for the merger of two major rent-a-car firms. He has led or co-led $5+ billion in commercial and operational M&A diligence and integration work in the private equity industry; multiple cost improvement initiatives across the U.S. Department of Defense and aerospace sectors; dynamic pricing and growth strategy for a major gaming operator and telematics growth strategy for a $30+ billion P&C insurer; and the market expansion strategies for a rail car operator and a major cruise line.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Chinoy was CEO of Volley Automation, an advanced robotics company focused on spatial optimization in parking and storage. Previously, he was the corporate Senior Vice President of Strategy & Transformation at CBRE, where he developed its first global Digital strategy, led the global data science and venture investment functions and delivered initiatives across the executive agenda. Before that, Mr. Chinoy was a Principal at Kearney, focused on corporate strategy, M&A and operational improvement in multiple sectors.
Mr. Chinoy earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
