Siobhan Forster
Ms. Forster has over a decade of experience providing information system delivery assessments, including crypto and blockchain implementation disputes. She is regularly instructed in relation to IT contract breach disputes, warranty and indemnity claims related to IT performance and licensing, project management best practice (across varying methodologies), and software development delivery failures. Ms. Forster is also experienced in database design, software copyright, and data rights infringement analysis.
Ms. Forster’s notable assignments include serving as case manager and lead analyst of the technical expert team in Bates & Others v Post Office Ltd (instructed on behalf of the Claimants). She has worked with clients across various industries and sectors, including retail, banking, aerospace, automotive, and medical.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Forster spent three years with Kroll in its Data Insights and Forensics team in London, where she served as Senior Director.
Ms. Forster earned a bachelor’s degree with honours in forensic computing from the University of Lancashire (formerly the University of Central Lancashire). She is a Chartered IT Professional, a member of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT (formerly the British Computer Society), and a member of the Society for Computers and Law. Ms. Forster holds certifications in IT service management, project management, and TRM crypto investigations.
