Simon Joyeux is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Transaction Advisory Group in New York. He specializes in financial and accounting diligence. His primary areas of concentration are value drivers and deal negotiation. Mr. Joyeux has worked with clients in healthcare and life sciences.
With more than 20 years of mergers and acquisitions experience, Mr. Joyeux has been involved in over 300 financial diligence projects for private equity and corporate clients.
Mr. Joyeux’s notable assignments include platform, add-on, chapter 11 acquisitions, take-private, private investment in public equity deals, mergers, Reverse Morris Trust transactions and debt offerings.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Joyeux spent 20 years with Ernst & Young’s Strategy and Transaction group in New York, where he most recently served as Partner. As Partner, he led the U.S. east strategy and transaction health sciences and wellness market.
Mr. Joyeux earned a master’s degree in finance and accounting from ESSEC Business School. He is a New York certified public accountant.
