Mr. Gore focuses on advising mid-market private equity funds and infrastructure funds on transaction tax structuring and due diligence. He has extensive experience advising private equity and infrastructure funds on tax matters related to U.K. and international buy-side acquisition tax structuring, pre-acquisition due diligence, vendor due diligence, vendor assist and debt restructuring.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Gore spent more than 12 years with Deloitte, including more than eight years in the M&A tax group advising private equity funds, infrastructure funds and corporate clients on transactions across a broad range of industries. While there, he spent over a year in the Czech Republic focusing on Central European transactions.

Mr. Gore earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Durham University. He is a qualified chartered accountant and fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
