Ms. Benbrook’s knowledge base spans corporate finance, M&A, growth-led transformation, go-to-market strategy, and operating model design. She specializes in ecosystem-focused topics that cut across healthcare stakeholders, such as patient services, market access strategies, specialty pharmacy, channel and trade strategies, and commercialization approaches.
Ms. Benbrook brings a value-oriented approach, helping companies respond to the macro forces redefining stakeholder dynamics and value creation across the healthcare system. She draws on her experience as both a global operator and advisor to translate cross-ecosystem insights into pragmatic strategies that drive impact for clients.
Ms. Benbrook’s notable engagements include: building claims-based forecasting models to guide commercial and customer strategy and protecting 85% of a distributor’s revenue by anticipating prescription volume shifts; establishing a Value Realization Office for a $9 billion drug and aligning leadership around a framework to deliver a 20% cost reduction and $100 million revenue uplift; spearheading a Fortune 11 distributor’s strategy-led enterprise transformation toward higher-margin services; identifying nine target markets for a retail pharmacy’s expansion into care delivery by analyzing disease prevalence and claims data and developing a prioritization framework; and redesigning the commercial operating model for a global pharma company with over 1,000 employees in 30+ markets, achieving a $50 million cost improvement.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Benbrook was part of Accenture’s Life Sciences Strategy practice, where she helped build the growth and corporate strategy team. Before that, Ms. Benbrook spent five years in finance roles at Johnson & Johnson, having completed the Finance Leadership Development Program. She focused on R&D investment and portfolio strategy for immunology and served as finance lead and senior leadership team member for dermatology and gastroenterology.
Ms. Benbrook earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Lehigh University, Pennsylvania.
