Shikha Johri is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Performance Improvement in Singapore. She brings more than 15 years of experience in financial services across a range of sub-sectors, including banking, payments, asset management and insurance.

Ms. Johri brings deep expertise in large transformation programs focused on delivering tangible value for clients, including digitalization, strategy implementation, new business build and mergers and acquisitions. She has worked with top banks in Southeast Asia, successfully delivering improvements in return on capital, branch productivity and time to market.

Additionally, Ms. Johri has advised several fintech companies and/or neobanks in building and growing their business, including new product launches, regional footprint expansion, cost optimization and inorganic growth opportunities. She has also worked with global payment schemes and payment infrastructure providers in delivering value through new business models and pricing strategy, along with advice on key enablers such as technology architecture and risk.

Ms. Johri’s notable achievements include acquisition integration for a global insurance company; a regional expansion blueprint for a fintech unicorn; and productivity transformation for multiple financial institutions.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Johri served as Partner with Kearney in Singapore. Before that, she spent 12 years with Oliver Wyman, serving leading financial institutions in Southeast Asia.

Ms. Johri earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She speaks regularly on the latest topics and trends in financial services, including fintech events and industry forums.
