Ms. Lockhart brings more than 20 years of experience optimizing the strategy and tax operating model of companies. She drives transformational change for in-house tax departments that enhance value across the organization.
Ms. Lockhart has extensive tax accounting expertise, including Sarbanes Oxley 404 readiness and enterprise risk and controls sustainment, SEC financial reporting, and financial tax accounting (ASC 740).
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Lockhart worked in leadership roles at EY and Deloitte and in corporate roles for Fortune 500 companies. She has served large multinational clients across various industries, including chemicals, manufacturing, retail, insurance, and real estate.
Ms. Lockhart earned a BBA (accounting concentration) and a master’s degree in taxation from Georgia State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in GA, FL, NC, and TN. Ms. Lockhart is a member of the Association of International Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and serves as President of the Georgia State University School of Accountancy Advisory Board.
