Seungho Lee is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Asia in Seoul.

With more than 20 years of experience in consulting and business management, Mr. Lee specializes in operational improvement and strategy development. Additionally, he brings expertise in cost competitiveness enhancement, purchasing and supply management, strategic product/channel portfolio management, throughput improvement, and organic/inorganic growth strategy development.

Mr. Lee has delivered notable results at A&M through operational excellence initiatives for a leading Korean engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company, an elevator manufacturer, a semiconductor materials (silicon components) producer, and a logistics automation company.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Lee served as Vice President at Quantum Perspective, a Korean operational consultancy, where he led the firm’s marketing and strategy functions and directed multiple strategy engagements for clients, including a lithium-ion battery recycling company and an electric cable manufacturer.  

Previously, Mr. Lee spent 13 years at McQs Incorporated, an established Korean consultancy with core expertise in operational excellence advisory. As a Managing Director, he led numerous strategy development and performance improvement engagements. He delivered positive impact for clients across diverse industries, including food, dairy, restaurant, services, wind tower manufacturing, chemicals, electrical equipment, and consumer electronics.

Among other related roles, Mr. Lee played a key role in the strategic planning team at an electric transformer manufacturer. In addition, he was a buyer of semiconductors and electronic components at a multinational electronics company, Samsung Electronics America.

Mr. Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Syracuse University.
