Sergiy Melnyk is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax in London. He specializes in transfer pricing and operating model transformations. He has worked with leading multinational businesses in various industry sectors, including fast-moving consumer goods; consumer goods; technology, media, and telecommunications; and fintech.
Mr. Melnyk’s previous experience includes the post-deal model integration, design, and implementation of principal models, intellectual property models, and supply chain hubs. He has also supported clients on controversy matters, including advance pricing agreements (APAs) and mutual agreement procedures (MAPs).
Before joining A&M, Mr. Melnyk spent a number of years at PwC. He advised large multinational groups on transfer pricing and tax aspects of operating model and business transformations, working closely with the wider tax teams in various countries.
Mr. Melnyk holds a master’s degree in international law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
