Seiwook Kwon is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Asia in Seoul. He brings more than 25 years of experience in consulting and business management.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kwon has supported clients across the semiconductor/high-tech, industrial manufacturing, automotive, and media and entertainment industries. His work has focused on helping clients solve complex business challenges and improve performance through projects involving business strategy development, operational and supply chain transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational transformation.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kwon was part of the Strategy and Operations service leadership at Deloitte, where he led numerous projects that successfully helped clients improve their business performance. During this time, he worked closely with not only Korean firms but also global clients in the US, Germany, and China. He played a key advisory role in CEO-led transformation programs, including strategic initiatives to redesign global supply chains to improve product supply stability and projects involving the acquisition or divestiture of Korean businesses by overseas companies.

Before Deloitte Consulting, Mr. Kwon worked at Samsung Electronics, where he was responsible for global sales and marketing as well as new business development. Earlier in his career at Samsung, he worked in the Semiconductor Business Division, overseeing semiconductor manufacturing processes and leading investment and improvement initiatives for wafer fabrication equipment while collaborating with multiple vendors across the semiconductor value chain to drive innovation.

Mr. Kwon earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Korea University.
