With more than 14 years of professional experience, Mr. Helmig has been involved in transactions ranging from lower and middle-market acquisition targets to complex cross-border projects, including platform acquisitions, add-ons, carve-outs, mergers and public company deals. His specific experience includes transactions in pharmaceuticals, Pharma services, biotech, CDMOs, CROs and CMOs, as well as medical technology.

Additionally, Mr. Helmig brings experience supporting healthcare services, MSO, DSO, value-based care and healthcare technology transactions.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Helmig was with EY, where he worked in the Strategy and Transactions group in New York for eight years. Previously, he spent three years at Inverness Graham Investments, where he supported diligence activities, strategic initiatives and exit processes across the firm’s portfolio as a financial operating partner. Mr. Helmig began his career with EY’s audit practice in Philadelphia.

Mr. Helmig earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accountancy from Villanova University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and New York.
