Scott McKee is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Disputes and Investigations in Dallas. He specializes in providing accounting, financial, and economic damage analysis services to a variety of clients involved in complex commercial litigation, investigations, compliance assessments, and government contract disputes. 

For more than 30 years, Mr. McKee has advised clients across a broad range of industry sectors, including healthcare (including providers, payors, distributors, manufacturers), aerospace, construction, energy, financial institutions, technology, and manufacturing.  Mr. McKee serves as an expert witness, assisting clients with financial damages quantifications, liability and causation analyses, forensic accounting / funds tracing analysis, the application of accounting principles, complex data analysis, claims payment assessments, discovery, and general litigation support services. 

Mr. McKee has testified as an expert witness in the U.S. Federal Courts and State Courts (including Texas and Colorado), and at American Arbitration Association (AAA) arbitration proceedings. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. McKee was a Director with Navigant Consulting, where he was responsible for leading significant national engagements. Previously, he was a Principal with Tucker Alan, Inc. and began his career with Peterson Consulting. 

Mr. McKee earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Liberty University and a master's degree in business administration from Baylor University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and he maintains the AICPA designation of Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF).
