Scott McKee is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Disputes and Investigations in Dallas, where he provides accounting, financial and economic damage analysis services to a variety of clients involved in healthcare and complex commercial litigation, fraud investigations and government contract disputes.

For more than 15 years, Mr. McKee has advised clients across a broad range of industry sectors, including aerospace, construction, healthcare (providers, payors, distributors, manufacturers), energy, financial institutions, technology and manufacturing. Mr. McKee serves as an expert witness, assisting clients with financial damages quantifications and liability analyses, forensic accounting investigations, the application of accounting principles, complex data analysis, claims payment assessments, discovery and general litigation support services.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. McKee was a Director with Navigant Consulting, where he was responsible for leading significant national engagements. Previously, he was a Principal with Tucker Alan, Inc. and began his career with Peterson Consulting.

Mr. McKee earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Liberty University and a master's degree in business administration from Baylor University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
