Sanjay Srikanth
Mr. Srikanth specializes in restructuring, corporate turnarounds and transformations, and general management consulting across various areas including business strategy, operating models, and portfolios; commercial improvement and growth; marketing effectiveness and marketing transformations; end-to-end supply chain operations and management; and business process re-engineering, process out-sourcing/off-shoring, large scale enterprise transformations, IT strategies, solution design and implementations.
Mr. Srikanth’s notable assignments include leading a comprehensive turnaround for a U.S. apparel client (impact of $300 million in EBITDA); leading an enterprise transformation for a global apparel and footwear client to drive top and bottom-line (impact of $300 million); leading a top and bottom line global transformation at an iconic globally branded apparel company (impact of over $500 million and a successful IPO); leading a comprehensive turn-around at a multi-brand apparel retailer including a successful transaction; leading a growth and cost transformation effort at a global cosmetics retailer (impact of over $400 million); and leading an operations improvement initiative for a global food and beverage client (impact of over $500 million).
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Srikanth served as a Global Client Partner and Leader of Consumer and Retail sectors at McKinsey and A.T. Kearney.
Mr. Srikanth earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Madras, and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
