Sanjay Sridher

Mr. Sridher works with public and private sector organisations to improve their supply chain and procurement functions and implement shared services/outsourcing programs and broader business transformation agendas. He has experience as an advisor and in industry, working in various sectors, including technology, infrastructure, energy, retail, healthcare, waste and resource management.
Mr. Sridher’s notable advisory engagements include operating model design and business plan finalisation for a public sector client creating statewide renewable energy zones; indirect category spend optimisation for 20+ Australian universities; outsourcing middle- and back-office functions for an ASX 50 client to deliver 50+ percent savings while improving functional performance; and directing a procurement savings program resulting in 20+ percent savings for a large transport client.
Additionally, Mr. Sridher has been a Senior executive in industry and has worked across multiple strategic buy- and sell-side initiatives. On the buy-side, he led the acquisition of a complex, multibillion Australian services business; on the sell-side, he led divestment of several government entities. Other notable roles include transforming multiple Corporate / Shared Services functions in the UK and Australia. For example, as CEO delivered 40% efficiencies, whist improving service levels at a large (~1000 employees) multi-functional shared services business with complex Industrial arrangements. He has also led the NSW Government’s Circular Economy team, with highlights including the development of it’s 20 Year Waste Strategy, Plastics Plan and operational oversight of the Return and Earn program.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Sridher was EY’s NSW Public Sector leader and a Partner in its Supply Chain and Operations practice. Previously at Accenture, he grew the BPO, Procurement and Managed Services businesses for H&PS clients across APAC. Mr. Sridher has held leadership positions at the Downer Group, Balfour Beatty and with the British and NSW Governments.
Mr. Sridher earned an MBA from the University of Technology, Sydney. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
