Mr. Mota has led projects around workforce strategy, workforce analysis and workforce planning to facilitate redefinition of talent and development strategy based on internal and external macroeconomic changes. His notable assignments include serving leading clients on their organization realignment, workforce planning, role profile redesign and human resources technology deployment.
Most recently, Mr. Mota was a project manager for a large-scale workforce analysis initiative for the homeless services sector for Los Angeles. In this role, he drove comprehensive analysis of current workforce data from multiple participating organizations to build a comprehensive talent strategy for the sector. This study also involved assessing the impact of change to implement the proposed recommendations of the analysis.
Additionally, Mr. Mota has been part of future of work think-tanks and has worked with clients to diagnose changes impacting their workforce and roles based on shifts in organization strategy, technology and automation.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mota spent four years with KPMG in New York and four years with EY in India. Previously, he served in internal HR roles at American Express and Cognizant Technology Solutions.
Mr. Mota earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India and a master’s degree in human resource management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in India. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Kashmiri.
