She has significant expertise working with clients and vendors to operationalise key privacy requirements and processes, including data flow mapping, privacy risk assessments, privacy by design for products and incident management.

Ms. Patel’s recent notable engagements include providing specialist advice and training to a media and technology organisation around managing privacy risks associated with digital marketing practices. She has worked with clients across various industries, including technology, media and entertainment, publishing, education, logistics, asset management, life sciences, retail and insurance.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Patel spent more than seven years in the Global Privacy & Data Protection consulting practice at Promontory (an IBM Company).

Ms. Patel earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science with management at King’s College London. She holds a graduate diploma in law (GDL) and completed the legal practice course (LPC) at BPP Law School, London. Ms. Patel is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) with the CIPM (Privacy Manager), CIPT (Privacy Technologist) and CIPP/Europe designations.
