Mr. Ahluwalia is an expert in executing greenfield setups, including multi-geography rollouts, joint ventures, and build-operate-transfer arrangements. He specializes in building, operating, and scaling managed services businesses. He focuses on developing new operating models that leverage workforce rebalancing, digital technologies, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and platform businesses.

With over 20 years of professional experience across financial services and other industries, Mr. Ahluwalia has a solid track record in driving growth, profitability, and innovation at the intersection of professional services and international markets. He has effectively served a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 100 corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, family offices, and private equity firms.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ahluwalia was the Group President of Global Financial Services at a business process management firm, where he managed a services business generating over $300 million in revenue. His career includes key positions at General Electric, Bharti Airtel, HCL Technologies, and Capgemini. Having served clients in over 50 countries, he has spent over 15 years working with clients in the United States. 

Mr. Ahluwalia is an alumnus of Delhi University, India and has previously been a member and contributor to the Forbes Business Development Council.
