Sam Rudkin

With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Rudkin specializes in leading large IT programs to produce results in divestitures and post-merger integration. He also has extensive experience in performance improvement, transformation and turn-around of IT operations and service delivery.
Mr. Rudkin has delivered successful transfer of IT assets through carve-outs, separations and acquisitions, improved technology and business alignment, IT operational excellence, and IT cost reduction and optimization. He has worked with clients in various industries, including the financial services industry, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, energy and utilities, manufacturing, and nonprofits.
Mr. Rudkin’s notable engagements include reviewing a $1.4 billion BPO for selling, general and administrative cost reduction opportunities specific to IT. He served in an interim leadership role as the VP of IT Infrastructure for one of the nation’s largest nonprofits after its acquisition by the pharmaceutical division of a Fortune 50 company, leading the program to separate and subsequently integrate clinical and R&D applications.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Rudkin served as a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) in technical leadership roles, handling data management and information governance, disaster recovery, data center operations and IT operational improvement. He coordinated large-scale data center design, build-out, and reengineering efforts. Previously, Mr. Rudkin served as an IT VP for Bank of America.
Mr. Rudkin serves on the board of several nonprofit and charitable organizations.
