Sally Conkright is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in New York.

She brings more than 25 years of operating and consulting experience in entrepreneurial and Fortune 50 corporate environments and multiple areas of business operations, including human resources, general management and corporate governance. Dr. Conkright has led post-merger integration efforts for both domestic and international acquisitions, stood up new business operations in domestic and international locations and has led several corporate relocation, spin-off and carve-out and change initiatives. She has spent her career delivering practical and sustainable results related to human capital and change management initiatives that improve performance, position a business to better serve customers, investors and other stakeholders, respond to disruptive conditions and build competitive advantage.

Dr. Conkright has worked across several industries in both the public and private sectors. As General Manager she increased market share, launched successful new products, grew revenue and profits, led product rationalization initiatives and established a more balanced and cost-effective approach to customer acquisition and retention. As Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), she served as trusted adviser to CEOs, executive management and boards in developing and executing human capital and change management strategies that achieve targeted business outcomes.

Dr. Conkright works with organizations that need comprehensive and systemic approaches for aligning human capital and workforce strategies with business results and for driving real business value. She has collaborated with clients to re-orient and realign culture and workforce capability with business strategy. Dr. Conkright has generated tangible and sustainable results through innovative and pragmatic solutions in human capital strategy, service-delivery-model design and implementation, organization design, process transformation, technology deployment and governance.

Dr. Conkright has held several leadership positions, including President of AxiosXchange LLC, Vice President and CHRO of Scientific Games Corporation, Chief Administrative Officer of Converge LLC, Vice President Human Resources and Public Relations of Xerox New Enterprises, Vice President and CHRO of Indigo N.V., and Vice President/General Manager of New England Business Service, Inc.

Dr. Conkright earned a PhD from The George Washington University, a MBA from Loyola University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. She has and continues to serve on the boards of nonprofit organizations. She is certified in the Prosci Change Management Program.
