Ryan Reeves is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Global Transaction Advisory Group in Nashville. He specializes in environmental, social and governance transactional advisory, with a focus on environmental, health and safety due diligence evaluations for private equity clients.

With more than 13 years of environmental consulting experience, Mr. Reeves has managed numerous large, multi-site and complex environmental due diligence projects for domestic and multinational clients. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including aerospace and defense, chemical, heavy industrial manufacturing, technology, media and telecom, energy and pharmaceuticals.

Recently, Mr. Reeves’s notable assignments have included advising a PE client in connection with the acquisition of a ~$2 billion company associated with the manufacture and supply of high-reliability radiation-hardened electronic solutions for space, defense, healthcare and industrial applications; advising a PE client in connection with the acquisition of a ~$1.6 billion company associated with aircraft engine and gas turbine aftermarket services; and advising a PE client in the expansion of its telecom portfolio company through the acquisition of two strategic add-ons.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Reeves spent two years with SLR International Corporation in Nashville, where he most recently served as a Principal Consultant and was responsible for PE and legal client management.

Mr. Reeves earned a bachelor’s degree in geological engineering from the University of Mississippi. He is a registered Professional Environmental Engineer in Tennessee, Virginia and Alabama.
