Ryan Orme

With more than 14 years of experience, Mr. Orme works with private equity, infrastructure and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects, involving both public and private companies, and including cross-border and carve-out transactions.
Mr. Orme assists clients through all phases of a transaction, including analyzing quality of earnings, cash flows, net working capital, and indebtedness; assessing key business drivers; commenting on valuation models; advising on purchase and sale agreements and purchase price mechanisms; and evaluating post-close purchase price adjustments.
Mr. Orme has led due diligence on over 100 transactions, with significant transaction experience in infrastructure, telecommunications, power plants, renewables, waste management, business services and software. He has also led numerous cross-border due diligence services in Latin America and is fluent in Portuguese.
Before joining A&M, Mr. Orme was with KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice in San Francisco, where he primarily advised private equity and infrastructure funds. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Orme was with the Special Acquisition Services Group at Deloitte, a due diligence team dedicated to serving KKR.
Mr. Orme earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Brigham Young University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in California.
