Rupi Singh
Mr. Singh brings more than 15 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing, commercial functions, and engineering and innovation across the oil and gas, chemicals, materials, refining, mining, diversified industrials, and consumer packaged goods industries. To drive measurable EBITDA uplifts and working capital improvements, his functional focus areas have included C-suite and board advisory, large-scale transformations, operational improvements, manufacturing and supply chain strategy, network design, and product profitability.
Notably, Mr. Singh led an operational due diligence and three successive acquisition integrations for a private equity–owned lubricants manufacturer. He developed and implemented a comprehensive integration workplan (pre–Day 1, Day 1, post–Day 1 through cutover), spanning commercial, operations, finance, IT, and HR improvements.
Mr. Singh led the development and implementation of a recovery strategy for a privately held global metal powder/oxide company. Reporting directly to the board of directors, and in daily collaboration with the company’s CEO and senior leadership, he implemented the closure of two manufacturing facilities, rebalanced and improved operations across the rationalized network, and realized SG&A savings, resulting in an annual run-rate EBITDA improvement exceeding $20 million. He also led supply chain transformation at a global specialty chemicals company, resulting in working capital reduction exceeding $15 million, near-term cash release, and labor productivity improvements.
Before A&M, Mr. Singh worked in management consulting at a large global professional services firm and at a private equity fund focused on oil and gas. He began his career with Bell Helicopter Textron, where he worked across engineering and operations for commercial and military helicopters and tiltrotors.
Mr. Singh earned a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
