The ADA assesses the robustness of balance sheets and earnings of thousands of companies across 33 countries, identifying companies that are in financial distress, as well as those with weak balance sheet robustness or weak performance.
Based on A&M’s experience, most companies in trouble are not only overleveraged but may also have other operational issues. These issues need to be addressed as part of a parallel operational restructuring process next to a WHOA procedure.
