Rubens Biselli

Mr. Biselli advises private equity and strategic clients on tax matters related to domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He specializes in tax structuring, cash tax modeling, tax due diligence, and transaction document review in connection with M&As, dispositions, IPOs, restructurings, and recapitalizations.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Biselli spent more than two years with PwC’s international tax group in New York. He advised clients on international tax structuring, including foreign M&A transactions, subpart F and GILTI planning, foreign tax credit planning, and local country/non-U.S. tax analysis. Mr. Biselli also provided tax consulting services for fund structuring and tax treaty analysis from a U.S. tax perspective.
Mr. Biselli started his career as a tax attorney in the Brazilian law firm Pinheiro Neto Advogados in Sao Paulo, where he practiced M&A tax law, tax structuring, general tax consulting and tax litigation for six years.
Mr. Biselli earned a J.D. from Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Sao Paulo and an LL.M in international taxation (highest distinction) from Georgetown University, where he was part of the Graduate Tax Scholar Program. He is admitted to practice law in New York and in Brazil.
