Roy Zemanovich

He focuses on improving business performance by developing and systematically implementing strategic action plans. He brings particular expertise in supply chain management, manufacturing, start-ups, e-commerce, turnarounds, corporate restructuring and governance. Mr. Zemanovich also has considerable experience in corporate strategy, M&A integration and information technology.
Notable assignments include leading a Procure-to-Pay revitalization program for a client in the energy sector, orchestrating the launch of a unique e-commerce distribution business and turning around a severely underperforming manufacturing business. In addition, he brings experience in directing a complex divestiture, leading a manufacturer's supply chain transformation, achieving "Class A" Enterprise Resource Planning status for a large materials business and setting records for performance and profitability with two manufacturing businesses.
Before joining A&M, Mr. Zemanovich was Principal of PointExpertise, a boutique professional services provider, where he helped organizations chart a path towards improved and sustained value. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer of Purchasing Power, an e-commerce distribution business, Mr. Zemanovich led the overall operation, from initial concept through strategy formulation, launch and execution.
Earlier, he served as President of UCB Films, a subsidiary of Belgian based UCB, a global pharmaceutical, specialty chemical and films manufacturer. In addition, Mr. Zemanovich held key executive positions, including Supply Chain Director, Divestment Director and Business Director, with ICI Americas, a subsidiary of London based ICI, one of the world's largest international specialty chemical, coatings and materials manufacturers.
Mr. Zemanovich earned a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and has studied at the post-graduate and senior executive education levels at the University of Delaware and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has served as a Director on the boards of several professional organizations, has chaired many successful United Way Campaigns and was a mentor to the graduate program of the Institute of International Business.
