Ron Mazor

Mr. Mazor has expertise in both income and non-income tax matters, including sales and use tax, payroll tax, property tax, and unclaimed property compliance. He also helps identify post-acquisition tax remediation and structuring opportunities, including potential tax amnesty and voluntary disclosure opportunities and 100-Day Plan tax considerations.
Mr. Mazor has advised clients across a wide spectrum, including Fortune 100 companies making strategic acquisitions and private equity and family office clients investing in acquisitions that operate in industries such as manufacturing, technology, healthcare, transportation, retail, entertainment, energy, and infrastructure.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mazor began his career with PwC in New York, where he was a Senior Associate in the M&A Tax and Real Estate Tax practices.
Mr. Mazor earned both a bachelor’s degree in history and a J.D. from Columbia University, and a master’s degree in accounting from Florida Atlantic University. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Florida Bar Tax Section. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Florida and New York.
